No buyers regret on this purchase. April 18, 2019

I rarely write reviews but I was pretty damn impressed.  The planer itself needed no adjustment right out of the box and went right to work.  The end results exceeded expectations for a benchtop planer.  If you want better results, your not wanting a benchtop type unit.  I've not had to replace any blades yet, but replacing a few degraded blades rather than a whole set of long blades makes total dollar sense to me.
The support from Cutech was also great.  My planer came with a small chip broken out of the corner of the dust collector.  An email to Cutech got a call back from a representative right away, just to let me know they got my email... and the replacement was at my door in a few days.

great planer great company March 21, 2019

I bought this model instead of professional model which looks great to . This model has most same features except for guide post set up and longer tables . Mike  was very helpful and answered all my questions with out trying to push a sell . This planer cuts like butter is a very good finishing planer very smooth . There are ways to extend the tables . Ran 4 4x4 x5 feet long oak post  through it with no problem . The extra 1000 rpm makes a big difference in my opinion . Raise and lower cutter head very easy , depth stop works grate and the depth of each cut displayed on front is a big help . Was able to get the planer and 3 sets carbide replacement blade which leaves you 4 extra blades to replace nicked blades all just under my budget . Will review again after I have had it for a little while but at this point this is a great planer and a fair deal . Fast shipping to thank you all at cutech tool .

Great product September 7, 2018

Bought this a year ago now.  Controls are similar to the Ridgid controls, so they are familiar and tried and true.  Dust/particle collection is better than Ridgid.  Spiral cutterhead is butter smooth, I would equate it to something around 150 grit.  not quite 220.  WAY better than knives.  cutter heads are easy to change if you knick them, and you only have to change one cutter, instead of 3 knives, saving a ton of money and time in sharpening and replacing costs.  Also, the price for this tool is generally better than a comparable consumer brand.
